Job Responsibilities :
 
 
Responsible for managing the performance standards of the Destination Universal sales channel to include the development and supervision of exempt reports and the implementation of sales training programs to positively impact channel profitability and exceed prescribed goals.
Regulates Destination Universal operation related to service delivery, resource implementation, audit controls, HR compliance and budget management. Maintains strong interdepartmental relationships to advance programs/corrective measures.
Interfaces with clients and vendors and identifies new opportunities for growth (within current structure or with new ticketing locations); keeps location and vendor contracts current and legally compliant.
Analyzes financial data and sales reports and interprets results. Implements effective strategies based upon sales trends.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
 
Qualifications/Requirements Job Requirements:
 
 
EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Communications, Sales or Marketing required.
 
Experience: 5-7 Years sales experience in the hospitality industry required and 1-3 Years management experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
