In her day-to-day work, Libia consistently exceeds expectations through her reliability, accountability, and true ownership of her role. She proactively identifies gaps, solves problems before they escalate, and provides dependable support to leaders without ever needing to be asked. Libia never views any task as “not her job.”

Although her responsibilities are primarily administrative, Libia can often be found stepping in to feed towels, fold washcloths, and support production during downtime. Her positive attitude and hands-on approach create momentum for the team and reinforce a culture of shared responsibility, bringing stability and confidence to the entire operation.

Even while facing personal health challenges, Libia has remained dependable and committed—often ensuring all responsibilities are completed before attending medical appointments.
