Whether supporting day-to-day service or large-scale events, Pierre’s attention to detail allows operations to run efficiently, even under pressure. He takes pride in monitoring dish machines for proper sanitation, preparing china and silverware for VIP functions, and stepping in to support multiple areas of the operation whenever needed.
In one particularly demanding moment, when a last-minute emergency left a 550-guest plated luncheon without on-site leadership support, Pierre confidently stepped forward and took charge. He prepared plates, trays, and carts, coordinated the stewarding team to assist the kitchen, and ensured all food items were properly stored, allowing the event to proceed smoothly and on time.
