NextGen Leadership Council

The NextGen Leadership Council consists of senior-level executive team members who demonstrate strong leadership potential, a desire to engage more deeply with CFHLA, and an interest in learning more ways to advance our industry. As emerging senior leaders from lodging properties, council members will collaborate and become better equipped with the tools and information needed to successfully lead and advocate for our industry into the future. This includes learning more about CFHLA’s strategic priorities, public policy, the importance of political issues/campaigns, and workforce development.

Monthly meetings will be held in collaboration with the CFHLA Governmental Affairs and Political Action Committees.
