Known for her sharp attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, Vivian has consistently achieved outstanding operational results. She quickly embraced demanding brand cleanliness standards that require scores of 98% or higher to achieve top-tier status. In 2025 alone, her team earned two perfect cleanliness scores of 100%, while also helping the property place among the Top 3 in a highly competitive CARE metrics challenge. Since the hotel’s opening in 2023, Vivian and her housekeeping team have consistently maintained cleanliness scores above 97.5%, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to excellence.

During the challenges of the pandemic, while much of the housekeeping staff was furloughed, Vivian remained a steady and uplifting presence. She arrived each day with gratitude, positivity, and a reassuring “we’ve got this” attitude that inspired and motivated everyone around her during an incredibly difficult time.

Beyond her operational accomplishments, Vivian is widely respected as a mentor, motivator, and role model for both peers and emerging leaders.
