Golden Pineapple Award Winners
This annual event honors, recognizes and celebrates the Central Florida front-line and supervisory lodging employees, who represent the best and most exceptional service in Central Florida.
Each of these dedicated hospitality individuals have demonstrated a positive and hardworking attitude, a passion for serving others, is a devoted ambassador, and understands the importance of the guest experience - from the moment of check-in to the moment they leave the property on their way home.
On Thursday, February 13th, CFHLA hosted its annual Golden Pineapple Awards dinner and celebration at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
This year, CFHLA recognized 261 “front line” employees, from 68 different Central Florida lodging properties, for their exemplary service and outstanding customer satisfaction throughout 2025.
Additionally, for the third year in a row, Ybeth Bruzual of Spectrum News 13, served as our guest emcee for the event, which attracted more than 950 attendees. Throughout the evening, CFHLA recognized and honored thirteen exceptional hospitality employees.
