Distinguished Leaders in Hospitality Award Winners

This annual event honors, recognizes and celebrates the Central Florida front-line and supervisory lodging employees, who show strong leadership every day to inspire their teams to succeed and to create exceptional guest experiences for visitors to our Central Florida hotels and resorts.

Each of these dedicated employees, managers and emerging leaders have demonstrated a positive attitude, a passion to serve others, is a devoted ambassador, and understands the importance of creating unforgettable, positive guest experiences from the moment of check-in to the moment they leave the property on their way home.

On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, CFHLA hosted its annual Distinguished Leaders in Hospitality Awards celebration at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa.

This year, CFHLA recognized more than 112 hospitality professionals from 46 different CFHLA member lodging properties, for their distinguished leadership to serve and inspire their teams; their dedication to customer service; and to strengthening our hospitality and tourism industry in Central Florida.
